Wedding: March 5th, 2011

Tracy and Ben were originally set to get married on September 10th of this year for the perfect fall wedding. Some unforeseen circumstances came about, and the couple moved up their wedding date to ensure all their loved ones would be there to enjoy it with them. The weather ended up being dreary…cold, windy, with a bit of mud mixed in…but the rain held off for us!

Tracy’s color scheme included pink/navy/gray, and they incorporated their two favorite pups throughout the day :)

Great candid shot by my 2nd shooter, Nicole.

I just shot at this church back in October…another church with great doors!

Tracy’s dress/shoes combo was pretty awesome…especially next to the bowtie!

I suggested some locations that would keep us out of the mud and muck…thanks for going along with them, guys! Love this spot.

Wait, how did this one get in there? (Don’t worry, I don’t believe any porta-potties were actually used by the bride or groom…Now a groomsman might be a different story…)

I see a new trend…custom decorated flasks for groomsmen gifts!

Tracy, you looked gorgeous!

We moved over to the Ameristar b/c our bridal party was getting a bit chilly-willy. Luckily the light was still pretty great inside…

Favorite! I want to shoot on escalators all day long.

Thought this was a very cute guest sign in idea…

Can you believe that cake topper? Looks just like their pups!

Ending with some first dance moments…

Tracy and Ben will be headed to Europe for their honeymoon! Wish you guys so much fun! I’ll have a slideshow up soon :)

Jen and Brandon were married 2 weeks ago in St. Charles, at St. Charles Borromeo Church, followed by a lovely reception at the Foundry Art Center! Jen has been a long time friend of my sister-in-law, Corinne, who was a bridesmaid in the wedding! Always fun when you know people in the bridal party!
The bride and groom have a cool love story…they met back in college at Lindenwood, and didn’t hit it off right away. They reconnected randomly through friends years later, and have been inseparable ever since!
It was a gorgeous (although wiiindy!) October day…

Jen’s dress was perfect on her!
Chantel caught Brandon pondering his wedding ring…

This old, twisty tree is on Lindenwood’s campus…

We did some of their engagement pics here back in December…it was a bit colder then :)
And on the steps of the old dorm…where Brandon proposed…

While I was shooting Jen’s bouquet, Chantel was shooting Brandon’s “bouquet”.

This was my fave shot of the day…

The reception was filled with some gorgeous details!

The end! Thanks to my 2nd shooter, Chantel Sutberry, for capturing some awesome shots!
